1. Enrollment & Payment Confirmation
- Once you successfully complete your registration and payment, your enrollment is deemed confirmed.
- Payments must be made exclusively through the secure gateways integrated into our platform.
2. Cancellation by Candidate
- Candidates are not permitted to cancel their enrollment once registration is completed.
- Non-participation, withdrawal, or failure to attend will not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
3. Cancellation by internship.ithubsolution.org
- We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a program due to unforeseen events such as technical failures, faculty unavailability, regulatory requirements, or operational constraints.
- In such cases, instead of a refund, enrolled candidates will be offered the option to shift to another upcoming batch or program of similar value.
4. Refund Policy
- internship.ithubsolution.org follows a strict “No Refund Policy”. Once paid, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
- Refunds are applicable only in cases of duplicate transactions or if money is deducted but registration confirmation fails. Such refunds will be processed after verification with our payment gateway within 7–14 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
- All payment-related concerns must be reported to admin@ithubsolution.org within 7 business days.
